About Me

My name is Beth Kirbis and I am a full-time, licensed Realtor with Realty USA serving the Western New York area. I would like to share with you a more personal side of who I am as a real estate professional rather than the typical “About Me” Realtor page you often find on real estate websites.

I have been selling real estate since 1992. Professionalism, honesty, and integrity are the hallmarks of my business. When I tell you that something will be done, you can count on it. I’m not in this for any given transaction, I’m in this for the long haul - the lifelong relationships.

I am not a real estate “factory”. You will always speak directly

to me, not an assistant. If I am unable to take your call, I will return your call within one hour. I am committed to providing outstanding customer service.

I often analyze current market statistical data so that I can keep you accurately informed of our current market conditions. My goal with this market knowledge is to leverage my client’s negotiating position. The better you can see what is happening, the better decisions you can make.

I have over 17 years of real estate experience and $50 million plus in sales. I channel the many skills I’ve developed during these years to deliver top notch Real Estate Customer Service to each of my clients. Whether working with buyers or sellers, I seek to create opportunities for my clients. My priority is to find buyers for my listings and homes for my buyers.
