Every Buyer is entitled to a professional home inspection within the period of time specified on the contract of sale.
Mortgage Application & Commitment:
You have a determined number of days to apply for your mortgage commitment and a determined amount of time to obtain a written mortgage commitment from your lender.
Final Walk Through:
Happens just days prior to closing to inspect the property and assure you it is in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
Closing Date:
To be determined by both buyers and sellers attorney.
